Healthy Spinach Dip Recipe


One of my favorite things for Thanksgiving is spinach dip! Sounds crazy but this is my go to dip and this recipe does fantastic at parties. Every one will want to have it and its healthy.. crazy right?! 
Plus this recipe is super easy to whip together so thats also a win. 

Healthy, Yummy, & Easy! 
Lets get into it!!

Ingredients:

3/4 cups finely chopped white onion

8 cups spinach 

1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 30 mins)

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup nutritional yeast 

2 tsp apple cider vinegar 

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp tapioca flour 

1 15ml can of navy beans

1/4 tsp basil 

1/4 tsp pepper 


Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 425 F.

In a pan saute onions and spinach on medium heat.
 Once cooked place aside. 

Drain & rise cashews and then place in a food processor. Process till a fine meal and almost smooth. Add in almond milk, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, tapioca flour, basil, and pepper.

 Add in navy beans (drained & rinsed) into food processor and blend well.

Once blended well add mixture to the baking dish and fold in spinach/onion mixture.

Bake for 25-30 mixtures until top is golden brown.

Serve with bread, vegetables, or crackers.

Calories per serving 124, 4.27 fat, 9.6 carbs, 3.8 protein.

    1. I bet it would! I would maybe add in all the liquid and then blend.
