Easy Vegan Stuffing Recipe; Better than StoveTop.

Thanksgiving week is almost here!

We absolutely love stuffing & this years is my first vegan Thanksgiving
so of course I had to turn my favorite stuffing recipe vegan!
Plus this recipe is a stove top recipe so its so easy to make!

It was so easy to do & I honestly think it tastes better than the original.
My husband who isn't vegan (yet) loved it as well!

This is the perfect Thanksgiving recipe for vegans & non-vegans; everyone will love it!

2 Cups veg broth

1 large loaf (we use a wholegrain bread), leave out overnight and cube
(You can always buy the stuffing packages, just check to make sure its vegan)

1/2 Cup onions

1/2 Cup carrots

1/2 Cup celery

1 Tbsp vegan butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional: you can use sage or fresh parsley if desired

In a sauce pan melt vegan butter over medium heat.

Once melted add in onions, carrots, & celery.
 Cook until onions are transparent.

Add in 2 cups vegetable broth and cook until it reaches a boil.

Turn off the heat and slowing add the broth mixture into the stale bread cubes.

Mix well while adding liquid. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add Salt & Pepper//Sage & Parsley if desired.
